Hi, I’m Kristina Daniel

Hi, I’m Kristina.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale—a space where you don’t have to hold everything together, explain yourself perfectly, or carry it all on your own.

Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. You might be navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, chronic illness, or a major life transition. Or maybe it’s harder to name—you just know something isn’t working the way it used to.

Wherever you’re starting from, we begin there—together.

My approach is holistic, relational, and deeply collaborative. I see therapy as a shared process, not something done to you, but something we move through side by side. As we work, we’ll slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and begin to uncover the patterns, beliefs, and emotional layers that have been shaping your life—often in ways that made sense at one time, but may no longer serve you now.

From that place of understanding, real change becomes possible.

I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, while also focusing on insight, self-awareness, and meaningful, sustainable growth. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your inner resources, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and fully your own.

Clients often describe our work as both supportive and transformative—a space where they feel safe enough to be honest, and challenged enough to grow. That balance matters. Healing happens in connection, in authenticity, and in the willingness to gently explore what’s been avoided or carried alone for too long.

I’m especially committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse individuals, as well as those navigating complex mental health challenges, caregiving roles, and end-of-life experiences.

At the core of my work is this: you don’t have to go through this alone. Change doesn’t happen all at once—but with the right support, it does happen.

And I’m here to walk alongside you as it does.
